Alabama Gymnastics has been built on the foundation that every gymnast is a weapon that the team will use to win the meet. But in the case of junior Kiana Winston, she has become the Crimson Tide’s lethal weapon.
Kiana’s success started in Texas where her parents helped her to focus on her academics and her gymnastics. She became an outstanding student-athlete, Texas State Champion in all-around, balance beam and floor exercise. In her senior year, Kiana became the 2014 Texas Prime all-around champion.
Since joining the team in 2015, Kiana has made an impact both on and off the gymnastics floor.
