It has been a challenging year for the Alabama golf men’s team. Alabama men’s golf did not win a tournament in its 2016-2017 season. The team’s best finish was No. 2 in the Mason Rudolph event in March. The Tide has performed better late in the season and made it to the semi-finals of the SEC Tournament.
After being unranked most of the season, the late charge elevated the Alabama golf men to No. 36 in the nation. Alabama golf was slotted as the No. 6 seed in the NCAA Washington Regional. The NCAA Regional tournament qualification is the Tide’s 14th consecutive trip to NCAA postseason competition.
