Aaron Sterling, a 2017 three-star defensive end from Stephenson High School in Stone Mountain, Ga., informed Alabama assistant coach Tosh Lupoi on Thursday evening his intentions to commit to the Crimson Tide.
"Aaron spoke with Coach Tosh Lupoi yesterday afternoon," said recruiting coach Corey Johnson. "He is supposed to speak with Coach Saban sometime today. They have been recruiting Aaron for a while. They offered him before the start of the season."
"My guys are well traveled. They start traveling to schools when they are sophomores. Aaron has been to Alabama three or four times. Our guys like to get their commitment out of the way.
