The Alabama Crimson Tide Football team moved to 2-0 on the season after a 48-14 win over the Mercer Bears. Bryce Young the Alabama offense struggled out of the gate, but quickly found their rhythm and took control of the game. Special teams was a bright spot all day long as Nick Saban mentioned them heading into the locker room at half time. The true freshman WR JoJo Earle led the Tide in receiving with 85 yards. The defense lost Will Anderson Jr. in the 1st half and he didn’t return for the second half. Freshman Kool-Aid McKinstry recorded his first career interception at Alabama as the Crimson Tide defense dominated from the jump.
