Alabama football’s wide receiver coach Holmon Wiggins was on the West Coast Tuesday checking on some of California’s best when he caught up with 2024 defensive back, Peyton Woodyard at his baseball practice.
Woodyard is a product of St. John Bosco High School in Bellflower, California. He camped at Alabama in June and earned an offer from Nick Saban. Wiggins made sure Woodyard knew the offer was still on the table during their most recent conversation.
“I felt blessed when coach came out to my baseball practice to watch me and solidify my offer once again,” Woodyard said.
