According to The Paris News, former Alabama football and Texas A&M coach, Gene Stallings, has suffered a heart attack. He is 82 years old and currently lives in Paris, Texas.
Gene has suffered from two strokes since May of this year. Coach Stallings quickly overcame the strokes and returned home shortly after both events.
Local Birmingham newscaster, Rick Karle, has stated that this is a serious infarction.
The Paris News, which represents the City of Paris, reported that Coach Stallings “was admitted to ICU at the Paris Regional Medical Center” and is now “being transferred to a Baylor hospital.
