We all knew this college football season would have many twists and turns. Unfortunately, Covid-19 hit Bama hard Wednesday afternoon. Head Coach, Nick Saban, and Athletic Director, Greg Byrne, both tested positive for the virus. Their positive test results coincide on the week of the most anticipated college football game of the year – when the Georgia Bulldogs and Alabama Crimson Tide square off Saturday night in Tuscaloosa. Both teams come in undefeated, both fan bases have circled this game, and judging by practice reports, both squads are ready to rumble.
During the offseason, UGA hired Todd Monken to bring a more dynamic offense to Athens.
