Spring practice will conclude with the A-Day Game on Saturday, but one of few positions for Alabama football is starting to become solidified now.
At the beginning of practice, which started on March 8, one of the first questions to Nick Saban was the stability of the offensive line – primarily at center. Seeing how the program has produced Antonie Caldwell, Barrett Jones and Ryan Kelly as All-Americans, the head coach for the Crimson Tide singled out Chris Owens as someone that could carry on the tradition.
After thirteen sessions, Saban feels the same about Owens but there are two others that have joined the conversation.
