Alabama Football: Gene Stallings speaks out after Heart Attack

Coach Stallings suffered a serious heart attack over the weekend. He was rushed to his local hospital, and later transferred to Baylor Medical Center. The former Alabama football and Texas A&M coach underwent surgery to place a stent in his heart.

The following day, al.com reported that Coach Stallings would make a full recovery. His assisting ventilator was removed, and he is now resting at the hospital in Dallas. Coach Stallings is expected to be released within the next day or so.
