Nick Saban has excelled in every facet of coaching. Since taking over in Tuscaloosa, he has led the Crimson Tide to six national championships. He has recruited better than anyone, he has the best overall record and he has outlasted every head coach in the SEC. While he has developed talent on the roster, he has also created quite the coaching tree. Alabama football’s assistant coaches have always been poached, and Nick Saban has continued to replenish the staff.
With the thought of at least 11 assistants leaving the staff, I thought it would be fun to craft the perfect coaching staff for Alabama football.
