The University of Alabama has been very aggressive these last couple of weeks in adding top flight talent to their coaching staff, and it appears Nick Saban has struck gold again. Replacing Jeff Banks, the departed Tight Ends coach and Special Teams coordinator is Jay Graham. Graham’s previous stops have included the University of Tennessee, Florida State University, Texas A&M and South Carolina.
He is a relentless recruiter, which is evident in some of the talent he has amassed through out his career. This, yet again, is a solid hire for the University of Alabama.
