New Alabama football player, John Metchie is a young man on a mission. He is determined to prove he is better than his recruiting ranking. Alabama football assistant and wide receivers coach, Josh Gattis believes Metchie is a good fit for the Crimson Tide offense.
Metchie can play on both sides of the ball but is expected to be an Alabama football wide receiver. He is not a speed burner with 4.6, 40-speed but he is a skilled receiver Gattis and the Alabama football staff believe has tremendous potential.
The 4-Star recruit is a native of Canada.
