The University of Alabama football team has concluded their first week of spring practice for the 2021-2022 season. Speaking with several sources, it does appear that Bill O’Brien has already become a favorite amongst the offensive players. The elephant in the room (no pun-intended) is the competition for the starting quarterback spot. Replacing Mac Jones will be difficult but what has been relayed to Tide Talk Sports is that Alabama seemingly is in good hands. Bryce Young has been getting the majority of the 1st team reps while Paul Tyson has led the 2nd team. True Freshmen, Jalen Milroe, has been getting snaps with the third team and he has impressed the staff.
