The Alabama defense is not satisfied after their 63-0 shutout over Western Kentucky.
The Tides defensive coordinator Kane Wommack made this apparent to the Crimson Tide defense this week when they took the field for practice. One of their emphasis is on turnovers after Alabama had two takeaways in its season opener. The Tide defense knows there is definitely room for improvement as they set themselves to a higher standard.
Alabama linebacker, Jihaad Campbell met with media members earlier this week at practice to speak on the standard.
“Coach Wommack said it best,” Campbell said. “We need to create more turnovers for this defense for sure and that’s gonna come in these next weeks as we are facing each opponent.
