The Crimson Tide baseball team improved their record to 13-3 this weekend by taking two of three games from New Mexico State. Last season the team didn't win their 13th game until April 1 on the way to a 19-34-1 record. New coach Brad Bohannon has molded his young men into a cohesive unit that plays smart and hard.
New Mexico State came to the southeast this week to play two games in Starkville with Mississippi State and three with the Tide in Tuscaloosa. Entering the week the Aggies were leading the nation in scoring at over 14 runs per game.
