ICYMI: LSU Finally Gets Home Rep in Basketball Officiating
After numerous candidates have been rumored for the Alabama baseball head coaching vacancy, it appears the Crimson Tide may have an answer soon.
On Thursday, several candidates slowly dropped off the board after reports were out that they would be staying at their respective schools. Kendall Rogers from D1Baseball.com tweeted shortly after that “all signs point toward Greg Goff” from Louisiana Tech.
Goff led Louisiana Tech to a 42-20 record (19-11 in conference) and an appearance in the Starkville NCAA Regional this past season.
During Goff’s first season at Ruston, he elevated Tech’s previous season win total by ten to garner a 25-27 record which was the second-highest winning percentage of any first-year baseball coach in Tech history.
