Freshman Jonathan Hardee and sophomore Dru Love are in a tie for 32nd position with a 3-over par 75, while sophomore Robby Prater rounded out the Tide's individuals with an 82.
Colorado, which entered the regional ranked 48th in the nation according to the Golfweek/Sagarin Performance Index, scorched the course with an 11-under par 277. The Buffaloes lead top-ranked Illinois and No. 24 SMU by eight strokes as both teams will enter the round in a tie for second overall at 3-under par 285.
