Alabama athletic director Greg Byrne shared on social media that the university is moving forward with plans to have full capacity for the Crimson Tide’s football games for the fall 2021 season.
This news comes following the announcement that UA is returning to in-person classes without restriction for the fall semester.
“With this announcement, we’ve received a number of questions regarding capacity at Bryant-Denny for (Alabama football) in 2021,” read Byrne’s post. “We are moving forward with plans to have a full stadium in the fall and will monitor medical guidelines as we have all along.”
The Crimson Tide played the 2020 college football season with a maximum home capacity of 20% of its usual number.
