Michael Van Buren visited the University of Alabama for the first time this weekend since picking up an offer from the Crimson Tide.
Van Buren attends St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, Maryland. Alabama football offered the rising junior in April after its cornerbacks’ coach Travaris Robinson watched him at practice during the spring. Saturday’s visit to Tuscaloosa gave the St. Frances product an opportunity to tour Alabama’s facilities, tour campus, meet Nick Saban and work out.
Alabama’s offensive coordinator Bill O’Brien was able to talk some football with Van Buren, and it was one of the highlights of the 2024 prospect’s visit.
