One season ends. Another begins.
Alabama on Wednesday announced the date its next public football exhibition in Tuscaloosa.
The 2017 A-Day Game will be played April 22 in Bryant-Denny Stadium. Kickoff time and television plans for the annual spring game will be announced at a later date. Admission will again be free and additional activities surrounding the game will be announced in the coming months.
A-Day is the traditional 15th spring practice of the season. Attendance last year was announced at 76,212 -- up more than 10,000 from the previous year. The 2007 game remains the Alabama record with 92,138 filling the stadium for Nick Saban's first A-Day.
