The Crimson Tide is in the middle of a very business-like stretch against some of the lesser teams in the conference, looking to close out SEC play strong and clinch its first regular season title since 2002. With Selection Sunday only four weeks away, Alabama is currently slated to be a two-seed in this year’s NCAA Tournament. The Tide certainly needs to make sure it takes care of business against the hapless Georgia Bulldogs if it wants to retain its favorable seeding.
Herb Jones will likely get the start today, along with John Petty, Jaden Shackelford, Josh Primo, and Alex Reese, though Herb will hopefully be able to get some rest in this game to overcome his lingering back injury.
