CLEVELAND, Ohio - University of Akron women's basketball Hannah Plybon (Orrville, Ohio) was named to the Preseason All-Mid-American Conference East team in a preseason poll of 12 conference coaches, the league office announced Thursday, Oct. 27.
The Zips under 11th-year head coach Jodi Kest, were picked to finish third as a team in the MAC East Division behind Ohio (69 points) and 2015-16 MAC Tournament Champion Buffalo (60 points).
