MID-AMERICAN CONFERENCE TRACK AND FIELD ATHLETES OF THE WEEK RELEASE
CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Mid-American Conference unveiled its weekly MAC Track and Field Athletes of the Week recipients on Tuesday, May 10, and University of Akron standouts junior Phil Jagers (Solon, Ohio), freshman Dara Perry (Akron, Ohio) and redshirt junior Ariadna Ramos Gandia (Barcelona, Spain) were honored.
Ramos Gandia garnered MAC Women's Field Athlete of the Week accolades on the strength of establishing a new Akron standard in the triple jump with a winning mark of 42-7.
