AKRON, OHIO – Senior Daziah Green (Canton, Ohio) notched a pair of victories to headline the efforts of the University of Akron track and field teams on the final day of the Akron Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 4, at the Stile Athletics Field House.
Green captured triumphs in the finals of the 60 and 200 meters in the gold division, crossing the line in 7.54 and 24.86, respectively. Her time in the 60 meters fell one one-hundredths of second shy of equaling her career-best mark in the race set at the Penn State National on Jan.
