48TH ANNUAL TOMMY EVANS INVITATIONAL MEET INFORMATION AND MAP (PDF)
CLEVELAND, Ohio - The University of Akron men's and women's cross country squads will open their 2016 campaign hosting the 48th annual Tommy Evans Invitational this Friday, Sept. 9, at the Silver Creek Metro Park in Norton, Ohio.
The Tommy Evans Invitational will mark the Zips' debut of the brand new dedicated cross-country course at Silver Creek Metro Park. The women's 5K race will open the meet at 5:30 p.m. followed by the men's four mile race at 6:15 p.m. Joining Akron in the field will be Kent State, Malone University, University of Pittsburgh and Youngstown State.
