MADISON, Wis. - Redshirt freshman Tevin Brown (Toledo, Ohio) and redshirt sophomore Elizabeth Mosier (Austintown, Ohio) headlined the performances for the University of Akron men's and women's cross country teams on Friday, Nov. 11, at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional hosted by the University of Wisconsin.
The men's team placed 23rd among the 30-team field, while the women finished 26th in the 32-team field.
Brown directed the Zips' men's squad crossing the line in 32:17.7 to place 80th in the men's 10K race. Junior Garrett Crichlow (Twinsburg, Ohio) finished seconds behind him registering a time of 32:21.
