ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- Denver Broncos wide receiver Tim Patrick, who missed the 2022 season with a torn right ACL, is believed to have torn the Achilles in his left leg, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Patrick was carted off the practice field Monday with the injury.
Broncos coach Sean Payton said after practice that Patrick was being evaluated for an Achilles tendon injury and was being sent for an MRI to assess the extent of the injury. If Patrick has suffered a torn Achilles, he would miss his second consecutive season.
"But hopefully we get some good news,'' Payton said.
