AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. -- Jonathan DeWane scored a career-high 22 points on 10-of-12 shooting to help Air Force beat NAIA Johnson & Wales (CO) 111-68 on Friday.
DeWane, a sophomore forward, came in with 19 career points. Frank Toohey, Lavelle Scottie and Keaton Van Soelen had 12 points apiece for Air Force (6-6). The Falcons, who snapped a three-game skid, had 18 players score.
Toohey made a layup and then a short jumper to give Air Force a 10-6 lead and Wildcats trailed the rest of the way.
