Prep phenom and Duke commit Zion Williamson left Wednesday's McDonald's All-American Game at Philips Arena in Atlanta after suffering a gruesome injury to his right thumb.
Williamson was attempting to drive past North Carolina commit Nassir Little, who reached his hand out to attempt a steal and sent Williamson to the ground, where he attempted to brace the fall with his hand. His thumb then bent backward because of the momentum and he toppled to the ground before leaving the game.
