Chicago Bears cornerback Kyle Fuller, last year’s first-round pick who struggled mightily in the second half of his rookie season, needs a strong preseason to help regain his confidence.
The Chicago Bears ranked 30th in pass defense last season, due in large part to the second-half struggles of cornerback Kyle Fuller.
After leading the league in interceptions through the first three weeks of 2014, things quickly spiraled out of control for the first-round rookie. Fuller was picked apart by opposing quarterbacks on a weekly basis and graded as the worst cornerback in the NFL, per Pro Football Focus.
