The Rams made some roster moves on Saturday, swapping out a young running back for a defensive tackle to add some depth to the defensive line.
St. Louis announced that it released undrafted free agent rookie running back Terrence Franks and signed Marcus Forston, who spent parts of the 2012 and 2013 seasons with the New England Patriots. Forston, 25, is a 6-foot-3, 305-pound defensive tackle who played his college ball at the University of Miami but has failed to establish himself as a significant contributor at the next level.
