Clemson has led the nation in tackles for loss each of the last three seasons, racking up a whopping 380. That is just what the Tigers have grown accustomed to doing, especially with the talent they have had across the defensive line.
They still have the talent, especially with returning defensive tackles Christian Wilkins, Scott Pagano and Carlos Watkins. But many of the defensive ends they have to rely on against Auburn on Saturday lack experience, and that has provided the biggest question about this team headed into the season.
With Kevin Dodd and Shaq Lawson gone to the NFL, Clemson had two big holes to fill.
