To the surprise of no one, Duke Blue Devils star RJ Barrett declared his eligibility for the 2019 NBA draft on Wednesday:

Barrett, 18, is expected to be a top-five pick in this year's draft, and he has long been considered one of the top prospects in the Class of 2019, alongside his Duke teammates Zion Williamson and Cam Reddish and Murray State guard Ja Morant.
