The Coastal has earned praise nationally for the coaches coming into the division, with Mark Richt, Justin Fuente and Bronco Mendenhall ranking among the best hires this offseason. So that got us thinking: How exactly would one begin to rank the coaches in the division? Six coaches have won either a division title or conference championship, and posted at least one 10-win season. Pat Narduzzi at Pitt is the only one who has not, but he has the least amount of experience as a head coach. What criteria should be used in the ranking? In a way, ranking the coaches is a lot like making preseason Coastal predictions: you can shuffle them up in a different order every day and still have a list that looks right.
