CLEMSON, S.C. -- Boston College's battle plan for Clemson was pretty simple. The Eagles blitzed. They blitzed a lot.
For three quarters, it seemed to work pretty well.
It’s tough to find flaws on this Clemson team, but the pass protection certainly offered something of a red flag as BC tormented Kelly Bryant in the pocket and, for the first 45 minutes of action, held the Tigers’ offense in check as a result.
“One guy here or there didn’t execute,” co-offensive coordinator Jeff Scott said of the struggles.
Where’s the problem? Who is the one guy?
