Muhammad Ali loved his Louisville football. And basketball and baseball, where his son played for the Cardinals several years ago.
So when news broke Saturday that Ali had died, several players on the Louisville football team decided they needed to pay tribute in some way. Running back coach Kolby Smith took Brandon Radcliff, Jeremy Smith, L.J. Scott and Trey Smith to the Ali childhood home this week, where they were able to reflect on the life of the greatest boxing champion who ever lived.
For Radcliff, it was his first visit to the home, recently restored and open to the public for tours.
