ATLANTA -- Remember when Deshaun Watson sent motivating, yet, somewhat apologetic texts to his teammates about having more fun after Clemson's sluggish start to the season? Well, for the better part of two quarters Thursday night, Watson and his teammates were having a ball.
Under a sparkly Atlanta skyline, Watson and his Clemson Tigers rediscovered some of their mojo during the first half to top Georgia Tech 26-7. The Tigers hadn't won in Bobby Dodd Stadium since 2003. And in the last five losses here, Clemson gave up an average of 261.2 rushing yards.
