Defensive back Leroy Butler comes in at No. 23 as we continue our countdown of the Top-75 players in Florida State history. Butler played safety for his first three years at Florida State before moving to cornerback in 1989. He was the ball carrier for arguably the most famous play in Florida State history; The Punterooski. In 1989 he recorded 7 interceptions and 94 tackles and was named a consensus All-American. He finished his career with 9 interceptions (2 for touchdowns), 194 tackles, and 3 forced fumbles.
