Falcons projected RB1 Devonta Freeman left practice today with a hamstring injury. His backfield mate Tevin Coleman is also sidelined with a bad hammy. Freeman's injury is not considered serious, however, he will likely be held out for "a bit". Teams tend to lean on the side of cautiousness with soft-tissue injuries during training camp. The belief around the organization is that Freeman will probably miss a few weeks but is not in danger of missing the start of the regular season.
FANTASY ANALYSIS
All things considered, this is a positive for the Falcons. This injury could have been much worse.
