How they make it: Mitch Trubisky steps into the starting quarterback position and looks every bit as sharp as Marquise Williams did in 2015, only without the flubs in big games. Trubisky was highly regarded as a recruit, has earned key snaps in the past two years, and was arguably more talented than Williams to begin with.
