University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill student Delaney Robinson will hold a news conference Tuesday to discuss allegations she was raped by UNC junior linebacker Allen Artis in February.
According to ABC11.com, Robinson will "discuss what she calls delays on holding her alleged attacker accountable."
