The University's 90-day window to respond to the NCAA closes on Aug. 18.
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – North Carolina will release its response to the NCAA’s notice of allegations early next week, multiple sources familiar with the proceedings confirmed to InsideCarolina.com.
The University received its notice of allegations on May 20, 2015, and has 90 days to respond in accordance with NCAA bylaws. That 90-day window closes on Tuesday, Aug. 18.
The response is expected to be shared with the public the day of its submission to the NCAA. Supplemental materials will be released once the necessary redactions are completed, according to sources.
