The Buccaneers stack up at a position of strength by signing former Seahawks DT Tony McDaniel. We discuss his signing and the rotation at defensive tackle in this video.
The Buccaneers made another addition to their defense today by signing former Seattle Seahawks defensive tackle Tony McDaniel. The deal is for just one season and is worth approximately $2.5 million.
McDaniel joins a crowded defensive tackle spot for the Bucs that already consists of Gerald McCoy, Clinton McDonald, and Henry Melton. Akeem Spence has not practiced this training camp, so this signing might reflect his injury status and inability to get back on the field.
