We are counting down the top players in the ACC every day this week.
Up today: 16-20.
Turner was the rock who held together a vastly improved North Carolina offensive line, earning first-team All-ACC honors from the media and coaches, along with a second-team All-America spot from the Football Writers Association of America. Headed into the Russell Athletic Bowl against Baylor, Turner had graded out at 90 percent or higher in 11 of 13 games. His leadership and performance allowed the Tar Heels to average 224.4 yards per game rushing, ranking No. 2 in the ACC. That's 73 yards per game more than 2014.
