The 2018 ACC men's basketball tournament rolled on Thursday with the quarterfinal round from the Barclays Center in New York City.
It marked the first appearance of the event for the conference's top four seeds, led by Virginia, which entered the week as the unanimous No. 1 team in the country in both the Associated Press and USA Today Coaches polls. Duke, Miami and Clemson were the other double-bye squads.
