It was an up and down first round series against the Clippers for Rudy Gobert. Obviously, he went down just 17 seconds into Game 1 and would miss the next two games due to a knee injury.
Gobert did look good returning from injury, but gave a scare to Jazz fans when he rolled his ankle towards the end of Game 6. He would go on to play in Game 7, where he was a non-factor due to foul trouble. He only played 13 minutes, but fortunately the strong play of Derrick Favors off the bench propelled the Jazz to a closeout victory.
