Utah Jazz forward Gordon Hayward says playing the Golden State Warriors, who have won 18 straight games, will be different than a normal game because of the circumstances of the Warriors' streak.
SALT LAKE CITY — The tendency for coaches and athletes, at least publicly, is to treat every game the same, regardless of the opponent or the situation.
But Utah Jazz forward Gordon Hayward was being honest about Monday night’s big game against Golden State, which has already set an NBA record for best start with 18 straight victories.
“It definitely feels a little different because of the circumstances and the situation,’’ Hayward said.
