The MLB trade deadline is just a few hours away and there are plenty of Toronto Blue Jays trade rumors on the Hot Stove. They are 59-46, only a half game back of the AL East lead. Even though they've already landed OF Melvin Upton, the Blue Jays might not be done dealing yet. With that in mind, here all the latest Blue Jays trade rumors below.
Blue Jays Looking At Ervin Santana?
With the deadline nearly here, the Blue Jays appear to be focused on adding starting pitching help. One player they're looking at is the Twins' Ervin Santana.
#BlueJays continuing to pursue starting pitchers, 26 hours away from deadline. One name they're still discussing: Ervin Santana. @MLB

The 33-year-old righty is just 3-9 this year, but has a 3.66 ERA and a 1.25 WHIP. In a terrible starting pitching market, Santana's numbers are actually some of the best available.
Toronto And Jeremy Hellickson?
Another name the Blue Jays have been linked to is the Phillies' Jeremy Hellickson. However, he might not end up being moved.
Phillies could still hold Jeremy Hellickson. As of late yesterday hadn't lowered the price. SF & Tigers out. Not 1st choice of Texas/Toronto

The Blue Jays top target could be Santana, one of the bigger names who aren't likely to be moved (like Chris Archer) or even Rich Hill.
Will Blue Jays Make A Deal For Rich Hill And/Or Josh Reddick?
In terms of production this year, Hill is the top pitcher on the market. However, his health is ruining his value. The Blue Jays have contacted the Athletics about both Hill and OF Josh Reddick, but the San Francisco Chronicle doesn't expect a deal to get done.
It’s a longshot at this point that the team will move Rich Hill or Josh Reddick, but clubs remain interested, and the Blue Jays, who have scouted every Oakland game for more than a month, remain a potential suitor.
Hill is currently on the DL with a blister, and his return date is still a bit unclear. The Blue Jays could take a chance on Hill, but the A's asking price is high. As for Reddick, the addition of Melvin Upton means the Blue Jays don't really need another outfield bat.
