Spring is here, and with it comes sunshine and excitement for all that lies ahead for Toledo Athletics!
The anticipation of the spring sports season, as well as the unprecedented success of our fall and winter sports, reminds me of my favorite sports quote by Nelson Mandela:
"Sport has the power to change the world. It has the power to inspire. It has the power to unite people in a way that little else does. It speaks to youth in a language they understand. Sport can create hope where once there was only despair.
