Butch Jones still has plenty of time to put together the 2019 Tennessee football class, but it’s still never a good sign when you lose an in-state four-star. That’s exactly what happened to the Vols on Tuesday, thought.
Kendrell Scurry, a 6’3″ wide receiver from Independence High School in Thompsons Station, Tenn., had committed to the Vols last July.
However, he reopened his commitment on Tuesday. The good news is that Tennessee football is still in play, according to his Twitter account.
